CONSULTING

We collaborate with schools, statutory agencies, local authorities, and community organisations to deepen their understanding of the challenges young people face and to develop effective, informed responses. Our consultancy services are grounded in lived experience, professional expertise, and evidence-based practice.

Our Consulting Services Include:

Strategic advice on reducing youth violence, gang affiliation, and exploitation.
Classroom observations and behavioural assessments to inform tailored interventions.
Development of school behaviour support and reintegration plans.
Guidance and representation in multi-agency meetings, including TAC, MASH, and EHCP Reviews.
Community consultation and problem-mapping using the Ending Gangs and Youth Violence framework.
Partnership development and stakeholder engagement to strengthen local networks and collaborative action.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

We deliver high-impact training to professionals, families, and community groups to strengthen their ability to support at-risk young people and address the root causes of violence, exclusion, and exploitation. Our training is tailored, trauma-informed, and rooted in real-life experience and evidence-based approaches.

Our Training Services Include:

Professional Training: Workshops for teachers, youth workers, and practitioners on youth violence, gang awareness, exploitation, and classroom behaviour management strategies.
Parent and Carer Workshops: Practical sessions focused on understanding youth risk factors, positive parenting strategies, and how to better support children navigating complex environments.
Youth Justice & Safeguarding Training: Specialist training for statutory and voluntary sector professionals on safeguarding vulnerable young people, with a focus on youth justice and early intervention.
Community Engagement Training: Guidance for grassroots and community organisations on how to connect with and positively engage young people in their local areas.
Awareness Campaigns & Seminars: Community-wide seminars and campaigns raising awareness of key issues such as exploitation, peer pressure, and youth safety, fostering a shared responsibility for change.

COUNSELLING AND MENTORING

Our mentoring and emotional support services combine lived experience with professional expertise, creating a safe and trusted space for healing, growth, and positive change. We provide tailored support that encourages accountability, builds resilience, and empowers young people and their families to thrive.

Our Services Include:

One-to-One and Group Mentoring: Personalised mentoring for at-risk young people, focused on building trust, setting goals, and fostering long-term positive outcomes.
Emotional and Practical Support: Counselling and wraparound support for young people and their families, addressing emotional wellbeing and day-to-day challenges.
Crisis Intervention: Immediate support for young people in crisis—particularly those at risk of school exclusion, gang affiliation, or exploitation.
Group Wellbeing Sessions: Facilitated sessions exploring mental health, identity, self-esteem, and emotional literacy in a safe, supportive environment.
Trauma-Informed Behavioural Support: Approaches rooted in an understanding of trauma and its impact, supporting sustainable behavioural change through compassion, structure, and consistency.

YOUTH PROGRAMS

Our youth-focused programmes are designed in partnership with schools to engage, empower, and equip young people with the tools they need to overcome adversity and make positive life choices.

Programme Overview: New Directions, New Beginnings

Primary School (Early Help): Supporting pupils who have been identified with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or challenging behaviour. This early intervention focuses on helping them transition successfully into secondary education, with tailored guidance and emotional support.
Secondary School: Supporting students who are at risk of exclusion, involved or associated with gangs and youth violence, or vulnerable to exploitation. This includes girls at risk of sexual exploitation, gang involvement, group violence, or domestic abuse.

Outreach and Family Support In response to the above, we will run outreach strand of the New Directions, New Beginnings programme—a 12-week support initiative for the same group of students. This includes:

Support for parents, carers, and extended family members, particularly those supporting children with SEN.
Signposting to statutory, voluntary, and grassroots community services.
Signposting to statutory, voluntary, and grassroots community services.
Advocacy and support at key meetings, including Team Around the Child (TAC), Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), and EHCP Annual Reviews.
Training and support for teachers and school staff working with high-needs or at-risk pupils.
